Steve has been a senior manager of corporate real estate departments for over 25 years. Working with board of directors for some of the most aggressive real estate growth oriented companies in the world, Steve has helped shape the future for organizations such as Southland Corporation, Marriott Hotels and Starbucks Coffee Company. He has been in the position of Vice President and Corporate Officer of real estate and construction departments overseeing the development of more than $1 billion dollars in new facilities. Steve will be involved in investment sales and leasing of retail and office properties throughout the greater Puget sound. A continued focus will also be on group or percentage sales of investment properties across the United States.

Michael Horner specializes in retail tenant representation/consultation, landlord representation including the development of marketing plans for retail land and commercial developments. He also holds significant expertise in construction turn over, tenant allowance negotiations, and demographic studies and analysis.
He works with several local tenants, national tenants and commercial developers. H is years as Co-Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) "Next Generation" WA State committee have also helped him build relationships with some of the most influential commercial tenants, developers and brokers in the Northwest .
